Privacy Policy

Listingio helps resellers keep one inventory and list it on several marketplaces. This page explains what we store, why, and who else it reaches.

What we store

• Your account: the email you sign in with, and your workspace.
• Your inventory: the items you add or import (title, price, cost, photos, size, brand, condition, description, where you bought it), their marketplace listing links and status, and your sales.
• Marketplace connections: if you connect eBay, the access token eBay gives us, stored encrypted. We never see or store your marketplace passwords.
• Problem reports: when a listing does not fill or post, Listingio Companion sends a short report (which fields worked, error text, a short excerpt of the form's visible text) so it can be fixed. Page addresses are saved without their query strings.
• Your shop, if you open one: buyer names, emails, addresses and messages for orders placed in your Listingio shop.

Listingio Companion, the Chrome extension

Listingio Companion runs in your own Chrome. It works only in the marketplace tabs you are signed in to (Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop and similar) and on the Listingio site. It fills listing forms with your item's details, reads your own listings when you import them, and checks for items that sold. It does not read your passwords, payment details or messages.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your data and photos.
• Supabase sends sign-in links and codes to your email.
• eBay receives the listing changes you make through your connected eBay account.
• OpenAI receives an item's details or photo when you ask Listingio to write a title or description or to check a listing.
• Stripe processes card payments in shops; Listingio never sees card numbers.
• Discord receives listing or order alerts only if you add your own Discord webhook.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Keeping and deleting

Your data stays while your workspace exists. You can delete items at any time. To have your whole workspace deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, send a request through the request form with "Privacy" in the note, using the email on your account.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
