By using Listingio and Listingio Companion you agree to these terms.

The service

Listingio is invite-only and offered as it is. It helps you manage inventory and fill listings, but marketplaces change their pages without notice, so a fill or a take-down can fail or be incomplete. Check each listing, and check that sold items were taken down everywhere else.

Your listings and marketplace rules

• You are the seller. You are responsible for what you list, its price and description, and for following each marketplace's rules (for example, items a marketplace does not allow).
• With Post automatically turned on, Listingio Companion presses Publish for you when every field checks out. Turn it off if you want to press Publish yourself.
• Do not use Listingio to get around a marketplace's limits, security checks or rules.

Your account

Keep your email account secure: sign-in links and codes are sent there. We may suspend a workspace that is used to break these terms or the law.

Limits

Listingio is not responsible for lost sales, double sales, marketplace fees, account actions taken by a marketplace, or other losses from using the service, to the extent the law allows.

Privacy

How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Using Listingio after a change means you accept the new terms.
